Guidelines for Oral Presentation

      Maximum time for an Oral Presentation is 10 minutes. You are encouraged to be bound to the time specified. Due to the tight schedule, you will be disrupted when 10 min is reached. We hope there will be no need for such an interruption. Nevertheless, we apologize in advance.
      Each speaker should prepare a Power Point Presentation in English (Official language of the conference). On the day of the presentation, speakers are requested to check their Power Point files in computer room before presentation, and also load and run their files at the computer in the salon, in which they will give their presentation.
